Dr Chew Han Ei, Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Policy Studies, specializes in digital skills and technology adoption. During his adjunctship, he is spearheading a new initiative on Digital Trust. Dr Chew serves on SG Her Empowerment's board, consults for UNESCO, and collaborates with multiple government agencies in Singapore.
